Q. What confirmation voucher will I receive?
A. You will receive a confirmation invoice of your booking via e-mail, fax or post. If you have entered a valid e-mail you will receive your confirmation invoice within 48 hours. You will then receive a voucher via e-mail, fax or post. This is to be presented to your accommodation on arrival. If you do not receive this voucher or wish to re-request the document you can e-mail us at hotels@tarletontravel.com

Q. What is the difference between "Available" and "On Request" confirmation?
A. "Available" means that your request is available from our allocation of rooms that we hold for at the hotels. If booked, these can be confirmed in seconds. "On Request" is where we have no pre-assigned rooms available that match your requirement or our allocation of rooms has sold and we need to request room(s) for you directly from the hotel. If you book a hotel showing "On Request", we will contact the hotel on your behalf and you will receive a reply to your request within 48 hours.

Q. How do I know if my hotel reservation is confirmed?
A. If you book a hotel that is showing "Available", you will given a booking reference at the end of the booking & receive a confirmation email within a 24 hours. If you make an "On Request" booking, assuming the hotel is able to accommodate your request, you will receive a confirmation email from us within 48 hours. Confirmation emails will include full booking details and confirm the price you have paid. If an "On Request" booking cannot be confirmed by the hotel, we will advise this to you by email within 48 hours.

Q. Do you offer transfers to the accommodation?
A. No, we are an accommodation only company.

Q. Do you offer flights?
A. No, we are an accommodation only company. We do however recommend, Tarleton Travel, the largest UK Tour Operator to Almeria who provide low fares on flights and resort transfers. Their website is www.tarletonflights.com

Q. How can I amend my booking?
A. E-mail us at hotels@tarletontravel.com or contact us on 08708 50 00 00. We will look into the possibility of your change and call you back as soon as possible. We will endeavor to respond to your enquiry within 24 hours midweek. If e-mailing us please remember to include your booking reference along with your request.

Q. How can I cancel my booking?
A. Our cancellation charges are in our terms & conditions. To cancel your booking please e-mail hotels@tarletontravel.com or write to us at Tarleton Travel, 24 Billing Road, Northampton, NN1 5AT. We must receive written confirmation from the lead passenger on the booking and the cancellation will be actioned on the day this is received.

Q. How do I request a new voucher?
A. E-mail us at hotels@tarletontravel.com with details of the e-mail address, fax number or postal address you would like us to send it to. We will do this within 24 hours midweek of receipt of your request.

Q. How do I make a special request on a booking?
A. Please e-mail us at hotels@tarletontravel.com and we will confirm that your special request has been passed to the hotel within 48 hours midweek. Please note: Special requests cannot be guaranteed at your property.
